During 2005, 5th Street Inc began searching for a venue which would accommodate large parties, special events and offer catering services, something that Turtle Soup & Mojoe’s Bar & Grill did not offer due to the size of the facilities.   During 2005, the Procaccanti Group purchased the Lighthouse Inn, a hotel and restaurant that flourished during the 70’s & 80’s and set about to reestablish the location as a landmark in South County RI.  5th Street Inc was approached by the Procaccanti group to create a restaurant in this location and Elliot’s Fish & Steak House is the result. 

Opened in June of 2005, Elliot’s sought to blend with the character and atmosphere of the small fishing village that it is located in, Galilee.  We created a casual and comfortable atmosphere that embraces all with a warm hello and a heartfelt thank you for the visit.  The menu is extensive and offers seafood products harvested locally, aged USDA prime and choice steaks, and a variety of other dishes that are sure to tempt any appetite.  Our staff is professional, experienced and genuine.  We love what we do and we hope you do too.
